Every mile accounted for.

Road, air and sea transport with a named handler, a climate-controlled vehicle and a tracking number that updates at every milestone on the route.

What we move, and how

Dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, birds and small exotics, each on a transport plan built around the species, the crate and the length of the journey. Every booking is assigned one named handler who stays with the animal from collection to hand over.

Where we go

Coverage across the continental United States and Canada, plus international destinations that accept live animal imports, with the route chosen around the animal rather than the cheapest connection.

Air freight

Cabin, excess baggage or manifest cargo, decided by species, size and destination rules.

Ground transport

Door to door across the lower 48 and into Canada in climate-controlled vans.

Sea crossings

Ferry and container routes for relocations where flying is the wrong call.

Documentation and clearance

Interstate and international paperwork, USDA endorsement and border checks lodged before you travel.

Boarding between legs

Licensed overnight care when a route needs a break or a connection runs long.

Species we move
Dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, birds and small exotics. A few species carry destination restrictions, confirmed in writing before you book.
Coverage
Door to door across the continental United States and Canada by road. Long-haul by air or sea to most destinations that accept live animal imports. Alaska and Hawaii by air only.
Typical lead time
Two to three weeks for domestic routes. Six weeks or more where the destination requires an import permit or a rabies titer test.
Crate standard
IATA-compliant, sized so the animal can stand, turn and lie down naturally. Delivered ahead of travel so it is familiar by collection day.
Insurance
Included on every booking for the whole journey. Not an add-on.
What tracking shows
Live status, current location, every milestone, logged rest breaks, and an expected delivery date that revises when the route changes.

How it works

Five stages from booking to signed hand over. Your tracking number goes live the moment we collect, and every stage below is logged against it.

Built for peace of mind

Animal transport fails when nobody can say where the animal is. The service is built so that question always has an answer. Every handler is background checked and trained in animal handling and first aid, and every movement is logged against your tracking number.

Answers before you ask

All FAQs
How do I follow my animal during the journey?

Every booking gets a tracking number. Enter it on the Pet Tracking page to see live status, current location, the full milestone timeline and the expected delivery date.

What paperwork does my animal need?

Most routes need a microchip, a current rabies vaccination and a USDA-endorsed Certificate of Veterinary Inspection. Crossing state lines has its own requirements, and international destinations often add an import permit and a rabies titer test. We confirm the exact list for your route before you book.

Will my animal be alone?

No. A named handler is responsible for your animal on every leg, and rest, water and comfort breaks are logged to your tracking timeline as they happen.

What size crate will my animal need?

Your animal must be able to stand, turn around and lie down naturally. We measure and fit the crate before travel, and deliver it early so the animal can get used to it.
