Where do I find my tracking number?
On your booking confirmation email and on the paperwork handed over at collection. PawsHaste numbers start with PHL. If someone booked the move on your behalf, their order reference works too.
My status has not changed in a few hours. Is something wrong?
Not necessarily. Status updates at recorded milestones rather than continuously, so gaps are normal during a long leg or a flight. If an estimate slips, the reason is logged against your number.
Can someone else track the delivery?
Yes. The tracking number is all that is needed, so it can be shared with whoever is receiving the animal.
Ready to move your animal?
Tell us the species, both addresses and a rough date. You get a route, a named handler and a fixed price in writing.
