Yes. We regularly move rabbits, ferrets, birds and small exotics. Some species carry destination restrictions, so tell us what you have and we will confirm feasibility before you commit.
Yes. Collection and delivery windows are agreed with you, and are frequently early morning or evening to suit flight times and to avoid the hottest part of the day.
Your handler stays with your pet, the delay is logged against your tracking number with an updated estimate, and if an overnight becomes necessary we move your pet into licensed boarding rather than leaving them at a terminal.
